Seize the Birthday: Current Theme, Rules & How to Enter
A birthday-card challenge with an optional "topping" (a design twist) every two weeks. Skip the topping and it's Anything Goes, as long as it's a birthday card. Use their graphic and link back. You can combine it with up to 4 other challenges, and digital images must be hand-colored.

Open the official blog above and read the current post: it has the theme, the deadline (watch the time zone) and the link-up form.
